What types of trips do you plan?
I specialize in Disney vacations, including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, and RunDisney events, as well as non-Disney adventures. My non-Disney specialties include friend trips, all-inclusives, cruises, and bespoke city breaks supported by deep research and exceptional planning.
Do I have to be going to Disney to work with you?
Not at all! I help with everything from tropical getaways to bucket-list adventures and everything in between.
How much do your services cost?
My advice and booking services are completely free to you when you book your trip through me. I’m paid by the travel providers, not by you! This includes general advice, up to five quotes for trips that meet your needs, booking, a printable basic itinerary, and support. Often, I can save you money by keeping track of deals travel companies announce in between your booking and your travel date, and adjusting your total accordingly.
I offer additional services for an additional cost, and they are always entirely optional with no hard sell! My most popular and comprehensive package includes concierge service (such as making reservations), and individualized, detailed itineraries. These are especially useful for Disney trips which have something of a learning curve for even the most experienced traveler!

What Disney destinations do you plan?
I help with Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani in Hawaii, and Adventures by Disney, as well as Disney-owned National Geographic Expeditions. My Walt Disney World specialties include RunDisney trips and Disney for families, friend groups, and solo travelers.
Do you help with park reservations, dining, and Lightning Lanes?
Yes! I’ll guide you through the basics of Dining Reservations and Lightning Lanes at no cost to you, and remind you of important dates re: making these plans.
With any concierge package, I’ll book your dining and Lightning Lanes for you based on your party’s specific interests and needs. You’ll also get a detailed itinerary telling you exactly how to get where you’re going, what to pack, and other insider tips it took me years to learn!
What if I’ve never been to Disney before and feel overwhelmed?
That’s what I’m here for! I’ve been the go-to person for my friends when it comes to all things Disney for years, and now I want to share my expertise with you. Even if you’re not a “Disney person,” and don’t think you can have fun on this trip, you might be surprised by what I come up with. I’ll simplify the process and make sure your trip is magical, not stressful.
Do you help with large groups or multigenerational families?
Absolutely! I’ll coordinate accommodations, tickets, transportation, and activities to makes sure everyone, from toddlers to grandparents, has a fantastic time.

Can you help me plan a trip around a RunDisney event?
Yes! I specialize in RunDisney trips and create a plan that maximizes your enjoyment of both the race and the parks!
My RunDisney Concierge Package even includes a calendar marked with the official RunDisney training plan for your specific even(s), tips on getting to the races and minimizing stress, important dates leading up to your trip, as well as everything included in other Disney Concierge Packages.
Do you know the best hotels for runners during race weekends?
This is a big YES! I’ll help you find the best resort based on all your criteria, and make sure you have the information you need to get to the starting line on time. Waking up for your alarm is on you!
Can you create a plan that balances running and park time?
This is another specialty of mine. I’ll make sure your itinerary gives you time to rest and recover while still enjoying the magic of the parks and celebrating your achievement.
✈️ Non-Disney Travel
What kinds of non-Disney travel do you plan?
If you can dream it, I can plan it! My specialties are:
- non-cheesy all inclusives in tropical paradises
- bachelor(ette) vacations
- cruises, from sophisticated boutique experiences to family-friendly adventures
- city breaks for friends around the U.S.
- solo travel
- anything else you can dream up! If I don’t feel qualified to deliver, I’ll refer you to friends who can.
Do you book group travel or destination celebrations?
Yes! Whether it’s a family reunion, birthday, or girls’ getaway, I’ll help coordinate travel, lodging, and experiences for your group.
📝 Booking & Process
What is the process for working with you?
It starts with you filling out my inquiry form. I then send you a link to schedule a quick call with me during which I learn more about what you’re looking for. Next, I send you three quotes and you send me your feedback, after which you can get up to two more quotes at no charge.
Once you’ve decided on a quote, I book your trip, we make your deposit, and get the ball rolling! Still free of charge, you receive a printable or phone app itinerary and support from me before, during, and after your trip.
If you choose the concierge package, you’ll get a more in depth and customized itinerary as well as my services finding and booking dining reservations, activities, and more! My concierge itineraries are truly my pride and joy – my goal is to take the work out of your vacation and let you enjoy your trip fully by planning a uniquely relaxing experience that truly delivers.
When should I start planning my trip?
Ideally 6–12 months in advance for Disney trips and non-Disney trips alike. For busy times at Disney such as Spring Break or the holidays, 9-12 months is a safer bet. The best time to start planning a RunDisney trip is immediately after you have successfully registered for your RunDisney event(s). The earlier we plan, the better the availability!
Do you offer payment plans?
Most of my travel partners allow for deposits up front and flexible final payment dates. I’ll walk you through your options. For example, $200 is all it takes to secure your Disney resort and ticket package, with balance due about a month before your trip begins!
